Citroën Club of North America Member Mark Sliwa Sends in Photos From Moldova
June 22, 2009 by Denis
Citroën Club of North America member Mark Sliwa of Ligonier, PA. just returned from a trip to Kishinev, Moldova. He saw this Citroën BX “Ambulance” in town while there and is sharing some photos of it and other interesting things he saw.

Says Mark, “Couldn’t see over the French car repair shop gate – there was a mean barking dog.”

He threw in a few extra shots of weird transport… the blue car in the field is / was a Zaporozhets (Russia’s version of the VW beetle – rear engined, air-cooled V4)

The eight kids all belong to the couple with the blue Lada wagon – don’t know if they all fit in the car at once – LOL!

Mark owns a beautiful 2CV Charleston which you can see on his Meet a Member.
Thanks so much for sharing with us Mark.
